Return & Exchange Policy

Here’s what you need to know about our return timeframes:

Policy Duration

You have 30 days from delivery or collection to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.

Return Shipping

We offer one free return or size exchange in Australia. Customers in New Zealand and other international locations cover their own return shipping costs.

Please note which items are excluded:

Clearance & Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items – no returns or exchanges
  • Socks and insoles – non-returnable

To be accepted, your items must meet these conditions:

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Do not tape or write on the shoebox; place it inside a postal/shopping bag before returning.

Here’s how refunds are processed:

Refunds

After inspection, you’ll receive an email notification. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Need a different size or variant?

Exchanges

Submit requests via our Returns Portal. Only one exchange per order is allowed. A second request will receive store credit. 

Store Credit

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
