Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

• Pricing: We ship to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. Shipping starts at AU$9.90 within Australia, AU$9.90 to New Zealand and AU$14.90 worldwide. Carrier: All deliveries are made using Australia Post.

• Coverage: We deliver nationwide, including to external territories, P.O. Boxes, and remote areas where feasible and also to New Zealand. 

• Shipping Timeline: The majority of items are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Items shipped from manufacturers' warehouses typically take 4-10 days to arrive. All items are checked and shipped by Australia Post or Express Post on the same day for expedited delivery. 

Shipping Insurance

• Cost: Shipping insurance is available for $1.95 per order, providing coverage in case of loss or damage during transit.
• Liability: OzBarefoot is not liable for lost, missing, or damaged items if shipping insurance protection was not purchased. Shipping insurance is not aplicable for interantional orders.

Pickup Option

• Location: For faster access, you can arrange a pickup time in Alexandria, NSW by emailing us at sales@ozbarefoot.com.au.
• Requirements: Please bring valid ID for pickups. If someone else is picking up your order, inform us in advance via email at sales@ozbarefoot.com.au.
