📦 Standard Shipping

• Shipping Rates: Australia from AU$9.90, New Zealand from AU$14.90, and worldwide from AU$19.90.
• Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Coverage: We deliver Australia-wide, including P.O. Boxes, remote areas and external territories where feasible. We also ship to New Zealand and internationally.
• Shipping Timeline: Most orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. Items shipped from manufacturer warehouses typically take 4–10 days to arrive.
• Dispatch: Orders are checked and dispatched via Australia Post or Express Post as soon as possible.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance

• Cost: AU$1.95 per order.
• Coverage: Protects your order against loss or damage during transit within Australia.
• Important: OzBarefoot is not liable for lost, missing or damaged orders where shipping insurance was not purchased.
• Shipping insurance is available for Australian orders only and does not apply to international orders.

• Location: Pickup is available from our Manly, NSW location. Select “Manly Pickup” at checkout.
• Ready for Pickup: Please wait for your confirmation email before coming to collect your order.
