Policy Duration
- You have 30 days from the date you received your items or they became available for collection to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. No exceptions will be made.
Clearance Items
- Only regular-priced and sale items can be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We do not accept returns on socks and insoles.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on socks and insoles.
- We cannot accept shoes for an exchange or refund without the original packaging in resalable condition. Please avoid placing any tape or writing on the shoebox, and do not attach the shipping label directly to it. Instead, cover the shoebox with a waterproof bag, such as the original postal bag or a shopping bag, before returning.
Return Shipping
- We offer a One Prepaid Return Label for $2.95 AUD, which must be purchased with your shoe order (Australia Only). New Zealand customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if they wish to return their purchase for a refund.
Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Exchanges
- For size or variant exchanges, visit our returns portal: Returns Portal.
- For a second exchange of the same item, store credit will be issued instead of a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- Special order or custom items cannot be cancelled.
Return Process

- Enter your order ID and email address or phone number used during checkout.
- Select the item you want to return or exchange. Only one exchange per order.
- Choose your preferred option: return or exchange.
- Add a note and attach a photo if reporting a damaged/incorrect item received.
- Confirm your selection and check the due date.

- With a prepaid label: use the free Auspost label or customer-paid postage.
- Without a prepaid label: choose Auspost (deducted from your refund) or Mail (customer's paid postage).
