Return Label Explanation:

We know that sometimes you might need to return an item, and we want to make it simple for you. To help with your return, we offer a convenient Australia Post Return Label for $3.95 AUD per pair of shoes. If you're buying more than one pair and want a return label for each pair, just adjust the number of labels in your cart accordingly. Please note that the return label must be purchased along with the shoe order and not separately.

How to Use the Return Label:

  1. Initiate Return: Email info@ozbarefoot.com.au with order number item and reason why you want to return. 

  2. Print the Label: Once the return is approved, we will email you a return label ,QR code (to print the label at the Post office) and instructions.

  3. Package the Item: Safely pack the item you're returning, including all original packaging and accessories. Seal the package securely.

  4. Affix the Label: Attach the printed Return Label to the outside of the package, covering any existing shipping labels if applicable.

  5. Drop off at Carrier: Take the labeled package to your preferred shipping carrier's drop-off location (Australia Post). Please note any specific carrier instructions provided during the return process. 

Important Points to Remember:

  • The Return Label is prepaid, so you won't incur any shipping charges.
  • Please ship the item back within the specified return window to ensure a smooth processing of your return.
  • Keep a record of the tracking number on the label for your reference.
