Return Label Instructions:
Sometimes you need to return an item, and we want to make it easy. We offer a Sendle Return Label for $2.95 AUD per pair of shoes. This label must be bought with your shoe order.
Using the Return Label:

Initiate Return: Go to our returns portal.

Print the Label: Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label and instructions. To get free return shipping, you must buy the return label when you order your shoes, as it is linked to your shoe purchase.
If you didn’t buy a return label:
- You can purchase a Auspost return label for $10 AUD when processing the return (this amount will be deducted from your refund), or
- You can organize the return yourself using your preferred courier.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories. Please do not damage the box or attach anything directly to it.

Affix the Label: Attach the printed return label to the package, covering any old shipping labels or show QR at your local Post office and they will print the label for you.

Drop Off: Take the package to your local Post Office. Follow any specific instructions given during the return process.
Important Points:
- The return label is prepaid, so no shipping charges for you.
- Ship back the item within the specified return window for smooth processing.
- Keep a record of the tracking number for reference.
