These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Discount Promotion offered by OzBarefoot on the website ozbarefoot.com.au. By participating in the Discount Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms.

  1. Discount Applicability:

    • The Discount Promotion is applicable to both discounted and non-discounted goods.
    • Clearance products are not applicable for discount.
    • Participants may apply a maximum discount of 25% on the second, cheaper pair of shoes in their purchase.

  2. Minimum Purchase Requirement:

    • The Discount Promotion is valid only on the purchase of at least 2 products.
    • If the participant buys more than 2 pairs of products (i.e., 3 or more pairs of shoes), the Discount Promotion can only be applied to 1 of the cheapest products.

  3. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By participating in the Discount Promotion, participants automatically accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  4. Access to Terms and Conditions:

  5. Validity and Withdrawal Conditions:

    • The Discount Promotion is subject to a terminal condition. Participants forfeit the right to withdraw from the contract for any product purchased during the Discount Promotion that has not been discounted.
    • If the participant returns the more expensive product but retains the discounted product after the Promotion Duration, the right to the discount is forfeited.
    • OzBarefoot reserves the right to set off its claim for a refund of the originally discounted product against the participant's claim for a refund of the more expensive product returned as part of the withdrawal from the contract.

  6. General Conditions:

    • OzBarefoot reserves the right to modify or terminate the Discount Promotion at its discretion.
    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where OzBarefoot operates.

Participants are encouraged to carefully read and understand these Terms before participating in the Discount Promotion. OzBarefoot reserves the right to take necessary action, including the cancellation of benefits, in case of any violation of these Terms.
